7/24/2024 - This solicitation has been amended to extend the closing date, highlight that the specifications was previously changed (only quotes received on or after 7/24/2024 will be considered), and require the specifications be written in a separate document to determine technical acceptability. 7/12/2024 - This solicitation has been amended to update the specifications in Section C and the solicitation closing date has been extended.
