## Description

This requirement is Sole Sourced to Empire Dynamics Machinery, LLC (CAGE Code: 8Z7N4). The scope of work is comprised of manufacturing engineering services for the on-going maintenance and technical support for post processors and virtual twin simulations. Empire Dynamics Machinery, LLC shall provide 1-years’ worth of NX Post Processor and Virtual Twin maintenance and technical service coverage on the equipment installed by said contractor. The vendor is responsible for providing the service(s) listed in section 3.0 of the SOW.

Amendment 0001 hereby adds Section J to the solitication.
