Each delivery order shall specify the exact quantities required, in increments of 25 short tons (“tons”). The contractor is expected to deliver 25 tons per truck load; however, a variance (up or down), of 8% is authorized. The contract minimum amount is 25 tons. The contract maximum amount is 17,500 tons over the 5-years.
