## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Engineering Services in support of the sustainment of the enterprise Remote Monitoring (eRM) system equipment on a Sole Source basis from Hexagon US Federal, Inc. (formerly known as Intergraph Government Solutions (IGS)). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
