## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Windows 10 Upgrade Kits and Spare Parts on a Sole Source basis from Hexagon US Federal, Inc. (formerly known as Intergraph Government Solutions (IGS)). The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
