## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia has a requirement for Basler Dual DECS-250N Voltage Regulator System Pan-Chassis, this will be fulfilled on a Sole Source basis from Basler Electric Company. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
