## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure 1000VA Toroid Transformer Kit on a Sole Source basis from Rockwell Automation. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1.
