## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure Fairmount Automation controllers and related parts on a sole source basis from Fairmount Automation. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106-1(b).
