## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure 65 EMI filters with the MKT Electronics on a sole source basis. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106-1(b).
