The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure EMC Partner IMU-MGS S5 Surge Testers with CDN-A-6-32 & Opt-A-6-32 1500V DC Options on a Sole Source basis from HV Technologies, Inc. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106 (b).
