## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure a Stack Gas Analyzer (SGA) and related parts on a sole source basis from Ametek Instruments. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority at FAR 13.106-1(b).
