## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure a custom prototype for the hydrolance hose feeding and semi-automatic positioning device for submarine heat exchanger cleanings on a Sole Source basis from StoneAge, Inc. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106 (b).
