## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia has a requirement for Relief Valve Bench Tester. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i). **PRODUCT INFORMATION:** IPS CTF Valve Testing System Detailed Specifications/Requirements Item 0001 Valve Testing System Quantity: 2 Network Attached Storage Device with the following specifications:

**System Dimensions:**

**Height:** Maximum 60” (5ft)

**Width:** Maximum 192” (16ft)

**Depth:** Maximum 50” (4.2ft)

**Environmental:** Operate in 45°F to 95°F temperature range Operate in 10% to 80% non-condensing humidity Installation/Delivery: Must include all equipment and accessories required for on-site testing of safety relief valves Power:

**220 / 440 VAC 60Hz Facility:** Compressed air 40 SCFM at 125psi (minimum) Utility water at 40psi (minimum)

**Performance:** Adjustable test pressure of up to 500psi Valve size coverage from 0.5” to 8” Capability to test both conventional and safety relief valves Compatible with water and oil system valves. Two system will be purchased to avoid cross contamination (1 system for oil valves, 1 system for water valves) Data Acquisition Include data acquisition and analysis system with HMI to control and monitor data On-site Training: Provide on-site training to include system use and maintenance Warranty/Customer Support Minimum 2-yr warranty/support which includes:

24-hour Remote technical support Maximum 72-hr replacement parts
