## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia has a requirement for IMD testing/training/modeling and LBTS. this will be fulfilled on a Sole Source basis. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
