## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia has a requirement for Autodesk engineering software suite. This will be fulfilled on a Sole Source basis. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government has negotiated with one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
