## Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure for Non-Isolated PIP32 HMI computer conversion to an Isolated PIP32 HMI computer, MPU Chips, PIP44, & DDG Tech Refresh Kits (w/o computer) on a sole source basis from Woodward, Inc.. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i).
