NSWCPD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to jenny.e.tomeo.civ@us.navy.mil by 06:00PM EST, 15 June 2025. Responses shall list\" N64498-23-RFPREQ-PD-71-0005\" in the subject line. No phone calls shall be accepted. This notice is for market research purposes only and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal.
