## Description

**Draft Statement of Work (SOW):** See attached Expected contract type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Specific performance outcomes: Radar Communication and Control software application that sends and receives messages between the Navy Electronic Chart Display Information System (ECDIS) software and the AN/SPS?73(V)12 Surface Search Radar System.

**Incumbent Contractor and Contract Number:** N/A Other requirements: Linux application library native programming and unlimited/fleet-wide licensing (Estimated 150-200 licenses) Capabilities Statements shall address: Does your company have a product that will satisfy the Government's requirements as outlined in the attached SOW? Does your company have a product that, with modifications, will satisfy the the Government's requirements as outlined in the attached SOW?

Are products compatible with Red Hat Linux 7 and 8 application libraries? Does your company have a pricing structure that includes unlimited licensing? If not, what is your standard pricing structure for licenses. What is the coverage of the standard warranty, if any, provided by your company with your products? Do you have any additional feedback with the specific requirements outlined in the draft SOW?
