It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items respond (via email) with a Capability Statement a maximum of 10-pages describing their ability to perform this requirement as a Prime Offeror. The market research will be used to determine the availability of sources to perform this effort. The Capability Statement shall succinctly address the following information: (1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI). (2) Business size for NAICS Code 334515, to include any Socio-Economic categories. (3) Rough-Order-Magnitude (ROM)/Cost Estimate for market research purposes. (4) Lead time for market research purposes. (5) If not the original manufacturer, a letter of authorization for distribution, and country of origin for the item requested.
