Responses must be submitted in writing to the procurement specialist, Ashley Briseno, via email at ashley.m.briseno.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 01:00 pm PDT on the date noted above. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N6426725Q5031 in the subject line. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
