Additionally, depot support may require installation and checkout spares (INCO), repair parts, accessories, tools, replenishment of spares and repair parts. This sources sought is issued for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bid, Request for Quote, or Request for Proposal. E., Marlborough, MA 01752-3770. The requirement will include technical and engineering services in support of the Array, Navy/Search Protect, Yellow-1 Radar programs and MK-99 Fire Control System. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The basis for restricting competition is Raytheon Company is the only responsible source capable of satisfying the Navy’s requirements without causing unacceptable delays. The anticipated performance periods will span four (4) years. The first ordering period is anticipated to begin in February 2026.
