## Description

**UPDATE:** NCIS determined that a solution available through a DoD ESI BPA met the requirements for a minimally viable product pilot. This is currently out for solicitation for the BPA contractors only. Attached is the redacted brand name justification.

This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION to conduct market research in support of requirement definition, and determine the availability and technical capability of large and small businesses to provide the required products and/or services.
