## Description

NCIS requires the upfit of two (2) Electronic Storage Detection (ESD) K9 SUVs in FY25 and two (2) additional SUVs in FY26. The upfit must include safety and security features consistent with recommended ESD K9 requirements. The vehicles are located in Norfolk, VA, and Quantico, VA. Interested dealers should be within approximately a five-hour driving radius (300 miles) of either location. Please refer to the Statement of Work (SOW) for detailed specifications.
