THE DUE DATE IS BEING EXTENDED TO WEDNESDAY, 3 APRIL 2024 AT 12 PM EST. THE EXTENSION IS TO ALLOW VENDORS TO RESUBMIT THEIR BIDS BASED ON THE REMOVAL OF THE LINE ITEM SEEN IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) ON THE TABLE FOUND IN PARAGRAPH 7. REQUIRED ITEMS.

THE ITEM TO REMOVE FROM QUOTE IS THE "RED LED INDICATOR LIGHT (10MM PANEL MOUNT LED INDICATOR LIGHT) THE QUANTITY IS 10. IN ADDITION THE INSTALLATION SENTENCES CONCERNING THESE LIGHTS ARE ALSO REMOVED FROM THE SOLICITATION IN THE SOW IN PARAGRAPH 3.(g)(i) AND 3(g)(ii). THE SENTENCE REMOVED IS "Contractor shall install a subtle light/LED near the camera/microphone, to indicate when live audio monitoring is occurring." FROM BOTH PARAGRAPHS. SEE AMENDMENT 02 RFQ N63285Q0017. ORIGINAL SOLICITATION AND AMENDMENTS ARE ADDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES.
