## Description

Fleet Numerical Meteorology and Oceanography Command (FNMOC) requires Terascan licenses to support the Navy's Environmental Satellite Receiver Program (ESRP). These licenses provides the Navy the ability to ingest, process, and display meteorological satellite data from polar and geostationary assets. See attached DOR for details
