During the time frame when SUPSHIPNN purchased the barrier system, the published NAVSEA SI 009-72 FY-12 (CH-2) identified the aforementioned vendors as the two licensed contractors. The requirement will be processed in accordance with FAR part 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for J.F. Brennan is 488310, and business size standard of $47,000,000. The NAICS Code for Oceanetics is 488310 and business size standard of $47,000,000. This notice is neither a request nor a solicitation of offers; however, all information received within 3 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be reviewed by the Government for future considerations.
