All other responsible sources may submit a capability statement clearly demonstrating the ability to provide the required training in accordance with the specification before 7:00 A.M. EST on 15 MAY 2026, which may be considered by the Agency for a future award. Responses to this notice shall be submitted to stephanie.l.neale.civ@us.navy.mil and stephanie.m.brass.civ@us.navy.mil. The Government will not pay for any information received. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
