Room Requirements: Each room shall be equipped with the following at a minimum: • 2 beds, either 2 twin beds or 2 queen beds per room • Rooms shall have local calling ability • TV with basic cable shall be provided; premium cable can provided if it is at no additional cost to other guests. • Normal hotel amenities for the local area Hotel Rating: Hotel rating should be at least AAA Two Diamond rating or similar rating. Government Per Diem Rate: Daily room rate shall not exceed January and Feburary 2025 per diem rates set by U.S. General Services Administration for the hotel location. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall start on 30 January 2025 and end on 10 Feburary 2025.
