Provide satellite-synchronized network clock with the following capabilities: Time Synchronization – Provide a satellite-synchronized network clock to deliver accurate, traceable time synchronization for protective relays, automation controllers, meters, SCADA systems, and other intelligent electronic devices (IEDs) throughout the substation. Time Distribution – Distribute precise time using industry-standard synchronization protocols and outputs, including Precision Time Protocol (PTP), Network Time Protocol (NTP), IRIG-B, and pulse-per-second (PPS), as required to support substation automation and protection systems.
