Projects Description: This Design-Build (DB) project involves the construction of a single-story, column-free warehouse facility. This covered warehouse structure features a reinforced concrete floor with perimeter pedestals, concrete columns, a structural steel roof frame, and metal sheet roofing. The column-free interior warehouse floor will be designed to support industrial-grade loading, capable of accommodating forklift operations and portable manual crane activities with a load capacity of 10,000 kgs. The facility will also feature an electrically operated entrance door of adequate height to ensure seamless access for forklifts and manual cranes.
