## Description

Modification 02 – The pre-solicitation notice issued on June 27, 2025 is modified to include the Contractor’s question and Government response (#8). To include Contractor’s questions and Government responses (#1 - #7). The questions and responses are provided for information purposes only. The Attachment B, Small Business Subcontracting Plan, has been corrected as follows:

1.a. Total Contract Value $450,000,000; Base Period and Option Year Subcontracting Goals 1.a. Total Contract for the Base Period and Option Periods each at $90,000,000 and Total Periods $450,000,000. The Synopsis has also been modified (indicated in track changes):
