The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Pacific (NAVFAC Pacific) is performing a market survey to determine if other potential sources of supply can provide radio fire alarm transmitters and antennas. The products must have equal performance and listing/approval requirements as the Monaco Radio Fire Alarm Transmitter and Antenna. FY24 Project P-6002/AJJY246002 Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) Non-Hardened Hangar, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam; FY24 Project P-6003/AJJY246003 Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) Pump House and Fuel Storage, North Ramp, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam; and FY24 MCAF Project P-012/AJJY183012 North Aircraft Parking Ramp, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam each requires one (1) radio fire alarm transmitter and antenna with the following characteristics: 1. Equipment shall be tested and listed by a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL). 2. Equipment shall be compatible and NRTL listed or approved to be used with the Base existing radio fire alarm equipment. Existing equipment on Base is Monaco D-21 radio fire alarm system. 3. Equipment shall utilize narrowband radio communication meeting the requirements of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) Manual of Regulations and Procedures for Federal Frequency Management. This notification is for market research purposes only to identify if other potential sources of supply can meet the requirements of the Government. This is not a request for proposals, quotes, or an invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify other potential sources of this product. To be considered, please submit detailed technical data in order for the Government to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your product to ensure compatibility with the existing system. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), a response to this notice is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
