## Description

Amendment 0005 is to issue to cancel the entire solicitation.

Amendment 0004 is to answer Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPIs) and incorporate changes under Part 3 in the solicitation.

Amendment 0003 to extend proposal due date of Solicitation N6274224R6724 is issued, per attached. The date for proposal submission is 19 August 2024 no later than 11:00 a.m. Thailand time. Please acknowledge receipt of the amendment.

**Amendment 0002:** Please see the amendment in the attachment. *The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date for proposal submission from August 9, 2024, to August 13, 2024, at 11:00 AM Thailand time, and to correct the period of performance in SF1442 under Block #11 from 90 to 510 calendar days.

**Amendment 0001:** Please see the amendment in the attachment. This amendment provides answers to the PPIs and incorporates the summary of changes under Parts 2, 3, 4, and 6. Additionally, the amendment incorporates the Host Nation Requirements under Section 00 73 00 Supplementary Conditions. * The date set for receipt of proposals is unchanged and remains on August 9, 2024 at 1100am, Thailand Time.

**Solicitation:** Please see the solicitation, Exhibit A - PPI form and Exhibt D- BOQ in the attachment. An organized Pre-Proposal Site Visit (PPSV) is intended to be scheduled on July 16, 2024 at 10:00am. Participants will meet at Baucau Airfield, Baucau, Timor-Leste, GPS coordinate: S8.478249°, E126.397168°.
