**CANCELLATION NOTICE:** This solicitation is cancelled effective 25 Mar 2026 due to the current package would require significant changes to cover all necessary tasks, and that this is not feasible given its current structure, USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47) NONSKID DECK COVERING ON FLIGHT DECK; REPLACE Pursuant to FAR 5.202(a) (12), this is a non-mandatory synopsis.
