The work shall be completed at SRF-JRMC Yokosuka, Japan facilities at a place to be determined by port operations. Offerors must have a certification of Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) programs, issued by NAVSUP FLCY C200. Firms who do not possess an active U.S MSRA/ABR as a Prime Contractor are ineligible for award.
