## Description

Amendment 0002 dated 18 JULY 2026 This amendment has been issued to reopen the solicitation to extend the closing date and time for the receipt of quote to 28 July 2026 at 11:00 JST due to the withdrawal of previously submitted quotes. In addition, DFARS clauses 252.225-7962 and 252.225-7975 have been incorporated due to the implementation of DoD Class Deviation 2026-O0051.

Amendment 0001 dated 22 JUNE 2026 This amendment has been issued to provide answers to technical questions submitted by prospective quoters. As a result, the due date for submission of quotes has been extended to Tuesday, 30 June 2026 at 11:00 AM JST.

Solicitation dated 9 JUNE 2026 Gantry Crane Lifting Services for SRF-JRMC Yokosuka, Japan This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan, as prescribed by DFARS 252.225-7042.
