## Description

This is a competitive solicitation notice in accordance with FAR 5.101(b)(1)(i). The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka, Site Sasebo, intends to issue a competitive solicitation restricted to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan.

**Important Note:** The actual Solicitation package (RFQ) has been distributed directly to all eligible Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan via email. **REPLACE Place of Performance:** Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. In accordance with DFARS 225.1103(3), this procurement is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan.

**Quotation Due Date (Closing Date):** All eligible MSRA/ABR holders must submit their Quotations via email no later than July 24, 2026 at 10:00AM JST.

**Access to Attachments:** Attachments are Restricted/CUI and accessible only to authorized MSRA/ABR holders in Japan. Eligible holders who cannot access the files should contact the Contract Specialist directly via email. Access requests from non-eligible sources will be rejected.
