This notice does not constitute a RFQ or RFP by the government, nor does it commit the Government to issue a solicitation or contract. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in determining market capability, including small business considerations to fulfill the requirement. The NAICS and PSC code associated with this requirement is 333517 Machine Tool Manufacturing, PSC is 5860 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION NAVSUP FLCY Site Marianas is seeking information on commercially available handheld laser cleaners that meet or exceed the specifications as shown on the draft statement of work; compliance with industry standards; and any relevant environmental, safety, and handling requirements. Interested vendors should demonstrate their capability to provide a turnkey solution, including but not limited to delivery, training and technical support. SUBMISSION DETAILS Interested parties are requested to submit a technical statement not exceeding five (5) pages, which includes: Company Profile: Company name, address, Point of Contact, Email and Phone number; business size; CAGE code; Unique Entity Identifier (UEI); NAICS code(s) applicable to the requirement Technical Capability: Description of similar products supplied in the past five (5) years Technical brochures, datasheets, or past performance references Responses to the following questions: Is the product available through a GSA schedule or any Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) What is the estimated lead-time for delivery? What warranties, maintenance support and training packages do you offer? SOW Comments/Questions (Optional): Submit any comments or questions that your firm may have regarding the SOW. The Government will consider them as it finalizes the SOW.
