(Note that the majority of the personnel are in the mid-level/mid-career point). As a result of the varying locations and time zones, accompanied by an extremely limited travel budget for training, this requirement is for access (or subscription) to an existing training library with pre-recorded webinars/seminars and/or prepared online content that may be accessed by up to 155 personnel, asynchronously for a one-year period. As this requirement is for a subscription, the period of performance for establishing initial access to the group of employees and allowing for invoicing/payment will be from date of contract award (anticipated to be on or around 27 September) for three weeks (anticipated to end of 18 October).
