## Description

Hensel Phelps Construction Co., Honolulu, Hawaii, is awarded a $309,650,002 firm-fixed-price contract for P-716, Red Hill Water Treatment Facility. Work will be performed at Red Hill, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii.
