## Description

The Department of the Navy (DON) is pleased to present this request for proposals to lease property for agricultural purposes onboard Marine Corps Air Station Yuma (MCAS Yuma), Arizona. Agricultural Lease of Parcel 4C07, which consists of 8.33 total farmable acres. The lease begins September 01, 2025, and total lease term not to exceed 7 years. The DON will evaluate proposals for hosting private development under leasing authority Title 10 USC § 2667.
