Install cold spray applied roofing membrane system over existing roof. All new work must be done in accordance with drawings, specifications and material manufacturer's requirements. 1.3.2 Repair of Roof Damage Verify and diagnose prior water leak damages on existing roof surface. Repair all soffit as well as roof surface cracks, at all deteriorated and damaged locations. Replace all damaged metal freeze edge and metal trim/flashing. Remove and replace all damaged existing gutters and downspouts and connect properly to existing water drain system. 1.3.3 Location The work is located at Naval Air Station Lemoore (NASL), approximately as indicated on the Contract drawings. The exact location will be shown by the Construction Manager (CM). 1.4 OCCUPANCY OF PREMISES Building(s) will be occupied during performance of work under this Contract.
