The upgrade is mainly confined to the existing space which includes selective demolition of existing walls and ceiling. The existing room must meet Sound Transmission Classification (STC) Rating. The Bldg. 750 SIPRN Room will total approximately 240 square feet. This work will also include an option for furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
