## Description

The Department of the Navy (DON) is pleased to present this request for proposals on behalf of Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton (MCB CPEN) to lease five properties in support of implementing innovative and critical energy infrastructure resiliency projects onboard MCB CPEN. The DON will evaluate proposals for hosting private development under leasing authority Title 10 USC § 2667.
