This opportunity is available only to the utility contractor servicing Marine Corp Air Station (MCAS) Miramar Utilities Energy Service Contract (UESC-2) N62473-21-G-4402, Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), for the primary objective of delivering reliability, resiliency, and energy efficiency to MCAS Miramar, including replacement of lighting fixtures, HVAC, and transformers. The implementation of this energy demand and conservation project allows the Government to monitor, manage and control its energy usage, resulting in significant reduction of energy costs. There are also water conservation and maintenance savings that will be generated from this project.
