## Description

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Southwest issued a firm fixed price blanket task order under the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(A), for the required supplies and services that is so urgent that providing a Fair Opportunity procedures would result in unacceptable delays.
