Award was to Teehee Engineering, Inc. The Period of Performance is for 90 calendar days. As indicated by the attached and approved Justification for an Exceoption to Fair Opportunity, the Government has identified that Teehee is capable of performing this emergency to protect the structural stability of the building ensuring no further damage to the building takes place, and the life and safety of Government personnel and users of the Government building for their everday work, and who work around the damaged building. The contractor is familiar with current Government procedures and is currently performing other work on the base.
