## Description

Requirement is for a contractor support for a mission support workforce modeling effort. The NAVFAC objectivesfor mission support workforce modeling are:

Develop a stistically valid model that predicts mission support workforce requirements to support NAVFAC HQ budgeting for SIC LA; Field a reliable mission support workforce model to Component Commands to assit in year-of-execution resourcing decisions; Deliver an initial win for enterprise NAVFAC workforce planning, increase collaboration between Component Commands and NAVFAC HQ on workforce planning, and generate support of broader workforce readiness initiatives.
