## Description

NAVFAC has developed a guide to assist its strategic and project planning experts in these planning charrettes who will pilot the process in 2-3 locations in the next couple of months. To support effective implementation of this charrette strategy, NAVFAC requests NCI charrette training for 30-40 staff at a minimum of five Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Commands (FECs) in the Continental United States, with the potential for additional sessions at overseas locations. These trainings will be needed by spring 2025 so staff can implement planning charrettes shortly thereafter.
