## Description

Amendment 0003 is issued for the following reasons:

1) to revise SF33 Section M Evaluation Factors for Award;

2) to respond to pre-proposal inquiries 1-15;

3) to revise the specification;

4) to revise Appendices B and H;

5) to revise Exhibit A;

6) to revise the Price Proposal Sheet; and 7) to provide photos. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
